Self-Care Wheel & Assessment

This resource provides a high level overview of the different areas of self-care and an assessment to get an understanding of where you're at with your own self-care. The assessment doesn't give you a "score" so to speak at the end but allows you to rate yourself on how you think you're doing in different areas. Simply pay attention to places where you rate yourself higher or lower. Notice what you already do a good job of and areas where you can grow in your self-care practices.
